A digital X-ray is a quick and simple test that lets us take pictures of the inside of your body. You may be asked to stand, sit, or lie down depending on the area being examined. A small amount of radiation is used to create the image, and the process is fast and painless. The images appear on our screen almost immediately, allowing your doctor to review them without delay. Most appointments take only a few minutes, and no special preparation is usually needed.
